Here's what you can do to make this AC online viable.
Currently, your AC is middling between defensive and offensive. Dual lazers definitely hurt, and are a great CQC deterent. High lazers on the other hand suffer from range and registration issues. I would switch them out for snipers (047 sniper cannon in particular, grenades like ogoto or traverse, or missiles. A sniper is mandatory here, since it fixes the range issue. The next decision is between grenades and missiles. Grenades do high damage regardless, but missiles can set up your enemy for shots from lazers and snipers. If you do go with a grenade, I sugggest switching the lazer adjacent to the grenade to the Omer lazer bazooka. If you use missiles, use mp203.
Flares are also welcome due to your slow speed.
The frame suffers from the full interior build. You have low PA, average defenses, and low speed.
Change the head to 047 for range, defense, and stability. It is arguably the best head, and your design would love it.
Change the legs to GA NSS. They have the load and defenses you need.
Change the core to Argyros preferably, but if that doesn't fit, try GA NSS, or hogire if that doesn't fit.
The arms should switch to argyros. Tellus, if the weight is too much.
The FCS is bad here. If you have the 047 on, inblue is preferable, since the head extends the range to 900+
The generator is fine, but if it proves to heavy, use Jdith or lahire.
The entire booster line is bad. Latona is outclassed by everything. Judith Main, Aliya or Lahire Back, and Holofernes or Ortega side is what you want. Assault armor is alright, but sobrero is preferable.
